I am the manager of Health From Within Wellness in Post Falls. I went back to school in 2017 to study to become an Integrative Health Coach. Then went back to NASM to be a personal trainer during the Covid lockdowns in 2020. Dr. Michael Oglesbay of NW Integrative Family Healthcare encouraged me to get my official education after I used lifestyle modifications and biohacking to transform my own health in 2016. I still immerse myself each week in expanding my knowledge base of holistic health practices and recent medical research.
